The Vanuatu Convention Centre can hold 1000 participants and we are negotiating with the Vanuatu government to assist with subsiding the cost. The alternative venue is the Warwick Le Lagon which can host 500 participants. The former venue is within walking distance of 1 to 5-star hotels and the latter is a 5-star hotel on the waterfront.
Some workshops will be at the Le Lagon whereas workshops requiring patients will be at the Port Vila Hospital.
The registration desk will be open at the Le Lagon and at the Port Vila Hospital from the evening of Wednesday the 12th July for workshop participants. It will also be open continuously during the conference from the PSRH registration and information desk.

Registration fees include a conference bag, conference programme, opening event and cocktail party.

We accept credit cards prior to the conference but not at the registration desk. There are many ATMS in Port Vila to withdraw cash for your registration fee.
Registration for Workshops
The PEMNeT workshop will be for trainers mainly and then for the Ni-Vanuatu workforce. Those selected would have to have a plan as to how they will implement the programme.
It is important to register for workshops a month before so you wont be disappointed. Please indicate your first and second preference.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registration fees will not be refunded two weeks prior to the conference.
Meet the Experts Sessions
Please have your breakfast early and be at the sessions by 8am. Most of the hotels provide complimentary breakfasts.
No internet access will be provided. However, internet access and data cards are available for purchase from all the hotels. Phone roaming is available.
Certificate of Attendance
These will be available on Tuesday the 18th July for collection from the registration desk.

The number of sponsored participants, whether full or partial sponsored, depends on the funding received by PSRH. All Pacific workers are encouraged to approach their department and hospital for sponsorship.

All participants are to book their own accommodation. We will offer assistance to Pacific participants by emailing information and availability on budget accommodation.
Budget accommodation start from $200 for 7 nights but they have to be booked early.
We have reserved 30 rooms at the LeLagon Hotel at half the price for this is during the school holidays – but those are to be booked directly with the hotel.
We will seek similar deals with other hotels if there is a demand.
Local transport between the conference venue and hotels will be provided. Otherwise, public transport in small vans are plentiful and inexpensive.
